FinScope is an independent corporate finance advisory company based in Ä°stanbul. The company's founding partner, Esin Özçelik, has more than 20 years experience in Corpoate Finance and Equity Research.

Founding Partner
Esin holds a BSc degree in Industrial Engineering, Middle East Technical University and an MBA, CIMBA (a consortium of Clemson University, US and International Business Studies, Italy) (EU scholar). Esin started her career in 1995 as an Equity Research Analyst in Finans Invest and continued in the same position in Caspian Securities and Ege Invest. In 2000, together with the top management, she established the Corporate Finance Department of Raymond James Securities, Turkey. Starting from 2005, she acted as the Corporate Finance Director in Total Finans for a period of 12 years. Having participated in numerous projects from a variety of sectors in the corporate finance area, Esin established FinScope in 2020.
